Keith J. Lambdin, Esq.

The managing member and lead trial attorney in the firm is Keith J. Lambdin. Mr. Lambdin earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University in 1988. Mr. Lambdin specializes in construction defect, large loss insurance defense, and Natural Disaster First Party trial work. In Mr. Lambdin’s over thirty years of trial experience, he has traveled all over the State of Florida trying cases from Miami to Panama City and Daytona to Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg. He has won cases on behalf of Plaintiffs as well as Defendants. For the last ten years, he has specialized in Construction Defect, Hurricane and Coverage matters.
Mr. Lambdin tried his first case in 1988 while still a student at Stetson as a certified member of Florida Bar. He has been fully licensed in the State of Florida since 1989 and is admitted to practice as member of the United States Federal District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Lambdin is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association.
Mr. Lambdin not only tries cases but has quite an extensive appellate history as well. He has handled multiple appeals all the way to the Supreme Court of Florida. He has personally argued cases in the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He has successfully defended his clients rights on these appeals and is willing to go “all the way” to make sure his clients get the best representation available in the State of Florida.
As an arbitrator, Mr. Lambdin has handled cases in Florida and Texas often under N.Y. law. His extensive experience doing both insurance defense and First Party Plaintiffs work allows him to weigh both sides of a case fairly and equally.
Erik J. Willman, Esq.
Junior Partner
Erik J. Willman is a senior associate attorney with Agnant & Lambdin LLC. Mr. Willman graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2013, where he served as an Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts. Mr. Willman is also admitted to practice as a member of the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Willman is a member of the Broward County Bar Association.
As a member of the Agnant & Lambdin LLC team for the last eight years, Mr. Willman has handled all aspects of complex construction litigation matters from the Chapter 558 pre-suit process to trial. Mr. Willman has also handled First Party Property (Natural Disaster) claims in state and federal court, including hurricane/windstorm, pipe break, and coverage claims. In the last year, he has assisted with two jury trials in federal court, both of which were tried to a verdict.
Mr. Willman was born in Miami Beach, Florida. He is fluent in Spanish. He has been married to his wife, Maria, since 2011, and has a son, Gabriel, who is an avid swimmer and participates in various sports including baseball.

Sarah Lam, Esq.
Junior Partner
Sarah Lam is junior partner with Agnant & Lambdin LLC. Ms. Lam graduated Florida International University College of Law where she attended as a Dean’s Scholar. She was a member of the Trial Team and competed in the Chester Bedell Mock Trial Competition. Ms. Lam served as the President of the ACLU and the Public Interest Network, and she interned at the Department of Children and Families and the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, all Pennsylvania state courts, and the Southern District Court of Florida. She is also a member of the Broward County Bar Association.
Ms. Lam first joined the Agnant & Lambdin team as a law clerk while she was finishing her law degree at FIU Law. After graduation, Ms. Lam stayed on at Agnant & Lambdin while she studied for the bar. Upon passing the Florida bar, Ms. Lam became an Associate with Agnant & Lambdin. Ms. Lam has primarily handled First Party Property and Bad Faith claims, as well as collections and contract claims.
Ms. Lam was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she attended Temple University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She also attended Northeastern University and received her Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management. She moved to South Florida in 2015, where she worked as a social worker for three years before going to law school. She has been married to her husband, Eric, since 2018. In July of 2021, they welcomed their baby girl, Skyla, and in September of 2022, they welcomed their second baby girl, Elysia. They also have three fur babies: Sparrow, Bambi, and Koda. Ms. Lam and her family now live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but rest assured Ms. Lam is in constant contact with her Florida Clients as well by phone or Zoom.
Linda Dickhaus Agnant, Esq.
Retired
Linda Dickhaus Agnant founded the firm. Earning her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Miami in 1987. Ms. Agnant concentrated her practice in construction litigation, receiving an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and inclusion in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers. A Florida Bar Certified Construction Lawyer, she has been recognized by her peers as a Florida Super Lawyer and included in the publication of The Best Lawyers in America. Ms. Agnant served the construction industry as litigator, arbitrator, mediator, and professor of law until her retirement in 2020.

Office Administrator
Pia Dessi is our Office Administrator. Pia joined our team in 2020 with 35+ years of law firm office administration and legal recruitment experience. Pia is a performance-oriented senior level professional; she leads by example with passion and integrity. Pia has worked with prominent very large law firms and boutique law firms; her broad experience enables her to manage day to day operations as well as evaluate, create, and implement policies and procedures. No matter what the size of a project or firm event Pia ensures every last detail is considered. Pia brings to our firm her high-energy, enthusiasm and humor to ensure a great working environment. Pia was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived upstate New York before moving to Florida in 1974. Pia married her Disco Partner in 1982; if Pia is not cooking for her large Italian family, she is painting, gardening or traveling.
Sara Pardo
Law Clerk
Sara Pardo is one of our Law Clerks, she joined our team in 2024. Ms. Pardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida International University and is currently a third-year law student at St. Thomas University College of Law. Her experience includes serving as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward State Attorney’s Office in the Misdemeanor Trial Unit, among her responsibilities was to prepare cases for jury and non-jury trials. Ms. Pardo is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and has over ten years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal. She is affiliated with the Hispanic National Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Broward Bar Association as a law student member. Born in Colombia, Ms. Pardo is fluent in Spanish. She is married and has a teen son, Joshua, who enjoys cooking and Pokémon cards, and a young daughter, Grace who loves playing with My Little Pony figures and dancing. Ms. Pardo enjoys traveling with her family, exercising, and serving her church.
Cindy Fernandez
Law Clerk
Cindy Fernandez is one of our Law Clerk, she joined our team in 2024. She is currently in her last year at St. Thomas University College of Law. She is currently a member of Trial Team and is in the top fifteen percent of her class. Cindy previously interned at the Third District Court of Appeal. Cindy has previously worked with real estate transactions, immigration cases, and appellate cases. Before attending law school, Cindy attended Florida International University where she studied International Relations and Philosophy. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys trying out new baking recipes she finds online.
Valerie Conti
Legal Assistant/Paralegal
Valerie Conti joined our team in 2022 as our Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Valerie has 16 years of legal secretarial and litigation support experience. Her previous positions include a Court Clerk and as a Legal Assistant for a plaintiff insurance defense firm. Valerie manages our scheduling, calendaring, and docketing for all our attorneys. She also assists the attorney's and paralegal in hearing and trial preparation. Valerie is a team player, and we are very happy to have her on our team! Valerie was born and raised here in South Florida. She enjoys watching her son play soccer and her stepdaughters play travel softball. In addition, Valerie is a collector of Converse All Star Sneakers - she has 35 pairs in assorted patterns and colors.
